The Location and Staff.
Manager was rude and acted like she didnt want us there because we had a service dog and kept telling us it was a pet free hotel. She was so obnoxious to us we didnt stay
Location and front desk
I was on the fence about staying here because of previous reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised with the room and how close it was to everything on the strip We will definitely be staying again
Very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and good pillows
The hotel its self is pretty standard though they are renovating it and I have stayed in now 2 of the renovated rooms and I liked the update was more of a fresh new kinda feel to them. The main seller of this hotel is its perfect location it is dead center of the strip lots to do on either side of it all walking distance. I have never had a problem in the 5 times I have now stayed here. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Room was awesome,, but not a hair dryer in sight????? I have never stayed at a hotel without a hairdryer. Also its football season, can you watch football?? NOOOOOOOOOO the aTV has no sports channels..... What is up with that. This is one place I will never stayed again. Were we pampered NIOT ONE BIT.
The property was great, loved the pool, was great to have a parking garage. Friendly staff and we had a excellent lady who cleaned our floor.

The location is amazing! The staff was super friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Oh, and great water pressure with extra hot water in the shower. Fantastic!

We were given a renovated room. It was nice..beds were comfortable, shower was clean and had great water pressure, there was 2 sinks for bathroom one separate from toilet and shower. Pool was good size. We couldnt find anything we didnt like!!!
